The Newport Swim & Fitness club is one of the most diverse health and sport facilities in Jersey City. Group Fitness Classes
Working out alone can be a drag. Newport Swim & Fitness offers a huge selection of group exercise classes with phenomenal instructors that not only motivate but also encourage and challenge. Group classes provide a structured variety of workouts ranging from a relaxing yoga class to a dynamic hip-hop dance class or challenging kickboxing.

Indoor Swimming Pool
The elegant glass-covered indoor swimming pool boasts five full lanes and is climate-controlled year-round. Newport Swim & Fitness offers swim lessons for adults and children. All instructors are professionally trained and certified to customize their coaching approach to each student individually.

Tennis Court and Lessons
Whether you are picking up a racket for the first time or want to advance your tennis skills, Newport Swim & Fitness offers tennis lessons for all levels. Experienced tennis players are able to book the entire court for personal use and those looking to improve their skills are welcome to book group or private classes with professionals coaches. Throughout the summer months, half-day tennis camp programs are offered for kids from ages 4-6, 7-10, and 10-13.

Relax, Unwind, and Lounge
After a productive workout or a busy day, club members can unwind in the sauna, steam room, or member lounge. The outdoor lounge is perfect to relax in the sun or chat with neighbors and friends.
Membership
The club offers a vast selection of affordable fitness programs. All memberships provide unlimited access to the entire fitness club and all group exercise classes. Complimentary on-site trainers are available to answer questions, provide assistance, and share tips. Senior and student discount membership rates are available.
