A responsive property responded within 48 hours of a contact form submission. The contact could have been an email or a phone call, but not an auto-responder.
This first round is a "no-contest." Only 2.8% of the owner/operator properties were non-responsive. On the other hand, a whopping 45.8% of third-party managed properties were non-responsive.
