Join us in the RISE CLUBHOUSE to learn from Sally about Integrated Aquatic Physical Therapy, offered locally at Planet Swim on Davis Road in Ponte Vedra.


This specialized, one-hour treatment is provided by a licensed Physical Therapist in a warm, therapeutic pool designed to help patients move with greater comfort and confidence.

Integrated Aquatic Physical Therapy accepts most major medical insurance plans, with the exception of Medicaid.
