Residents can enjoy coffee and assorted donuts while taking a moment to write a short note about something they appreciate or love about one of their neighbors. Notes can be displayed on a community “Thankful for Our Neighbors” board in the Lifestyle Villa.

It could be as simple as:

• “I appreciate Mary always checking in on me.”
• “John always makes me laugh.”
• “I’m thankful for my neighbors because they make River Rock feel like family.”
