Located at NC State’s Dairy Education Center and Creamery, Howling Cow has been a North Carolina favorite for generations! Their delicious ice cream is made using fresh milk and cream from NC State’s own dairy farm right here in Raleigh. 🐄✨

Howling Cow is a unique, student-operated creamery where NC State students help create and serve the ice cream while gaining hands-on experience in agriculture, food science, and dairy production. The ice cream has been a longtime favorite at the NC State Fair and has become a true local tradition!

With dozens of delicious flavors to choose from, beautiful farm views, and plenty of sweet treats, this is the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon with neighbors and friends. 🍦🌞😊
