Undoubtedly one of the most American desserts, we will be hosting a Pie Tasting Contest as part of Happy Hour on Friday, July 17th. So find your favorite recipe and get ready to roll—roll out some dough, that is!

🥧 Contest Rules

The rules are simple:

• Pies must be homemade – no store-bought entries allowed
• One pie per participant
• Each pie must include a label with:
• Pie Name
• Participant Name
• Please bring a serving utensil, as we have a limited number of pie servers available

All participants will serve small tasting portions of their pies. After tasting, attendees will vote for:

• Best Tasting Pie
• Most Creative Pie

Winners will be announced at 6:00 PM, and prizes will be awarded accordingly.

📝 How to Enter

If you’d like to participate in the Pie Contest, a sign-up sheet will be available in the Game Room Event Binder starting July 1st.

All participants must be registered by Thursday, July 16th.

🍽 Potluck Night

We can’t have just pie… so it’s also Potluck Night!

If you’re not entering a pie, please bring a dish to share. It can be:

• A homemade favorite
• A store-bought snack
• Anything you’d like—no judgment here!

A separate sign-up sheet for the potluck will also be available in the Event Binder.

All guests will participate in the pie tasting first, followed by enjoying potluck dishes during happy hour.
