Looking for a way to keep moving and get in some low impact stretching and light cardio? Join us for an invigorating boxing class right here in the comfort of our yoga room. Harold, a former competitive boxer will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, movement techniques and boxing fundamentals to help you feel more confident with mobility and balance.
