Forever Fit is a welcoming fitness class designed especially for adults 55 and better. This class uses a circuit-style workout, meaning you’ll move through a series of easy-to-follow exercise stations that focus on total-body health. Each station is short, safe, and adaptable, so you can move at your own pace with guidance from a trained instructor.
