What to Expect:

Small Group Sessions (2-4 participants) – Get individual attention in a friendly, supportive atmosphere!

Low-Impact Exercises – Modified to suit all fitness levels, so you can work at your own pace.

Fun Equipment – Circuit weight machines, resistance bands, light weights, stability balls, and even chair-based options.

Certified Senior Fitness Specialist – Dee is here to guide you every step of the way!


These sessions focus on functional fitness—improving strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance to help you feel strong, mobile, and energized for everyday activities. 🌟 Whether you're building strength, staying mobile, or just getting started, you’ll move safely, confidently, and most importantly… have fun! 🎉
