We understand there is some "unknown" with opening day being just around one year away- and we are here to put your mind at ease!

Stop by the leasing office during our bi-weekly open question forums to put a "face" to the name. We will host our next Open Questions Forum on Wednesday, 10/16/2024 and these will continue on a bi-weekly basis until opening day! We will have light snacks, refreshments and warm smiles available to start your day on the right foot.

Our welcome center is located in the Southern-most edge of the Starbucks parking lot, just to the East of the property site. Their address is 4200 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Fairway, KS, 66205- and the parking lot is most easily accessible from 55th Street. Please be mindful of the Starbucks drive-in line when parking your vehicles.
