Star chef Min Kim unmasks flavors of the Far East

Enjoy ocean-fresh sushi, sashimi and modern Japanese specialties. The restaurant looks out over private Japanese gardens surrounding an idyllic koi pond with a 90-foot waterfall.


Try Chef Kim's sashimi usuzukuri, a gorgeously composed plate combining ultra-thin slices of Japanese madai snapper with white soy and lime dressing, roasted sesame seeds and konbu. Toothfish saikyo-yaki is a sweet miso-glazed Peruvian toothfish with freshly pickled Japanese vegetables and Karashi Japanese mustard.
